Well, as I posted on Facebook today, I have already started losing weight!!!
This morning was a struggle to get out off bed due to a rather annoying sore throat but I did manage a good half hour of jazzercise which is better than nothing.
I had yoghurt and blueberries for breakfast and an apple for morning tea. I had a salad and tuna salad for lunch and a pear as dessert.
I was at a work meeting for dinner and snuck in one sneaky treat but according to my calorie counter it only works out to be 150 calories - so I doubt it is going to break the bank!
All in all, another successful (well, I feel terrible that I cheated - but what can you do??) day.
