Plodding along nicely :-)
Managed to stay away from the scales today which took massive will power. Played some games and did some dancing with the kids at work - so I'm counting that toward my exercise even if it was low effort it did elevate the heart rate!
Ate foods that made me feel content and happy! I hardly ever think about chocolate or biscuits or all those other naughty things that normally dominate thoughts on diets.
I went to a really interesting course on food safety and anaphylaxis tonight! I never realised how allergic some people are to things - even just the fumes of seafood can send some people into anaphylactic shock! How scary!!

Breakfast: egg white omelette with mushrooms and spring onions
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Salad and Tuna
snack: carrot sticks
Dinner: Salad and chicken (would have been more exciting but I was at the course instead!)
